Ingredients
250g cottage cheese
200g regular oats
200ml kefir
50g raisins
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix cottage cheese, kefir, honey, and cinnamon.
Stir in oats and raisins. Rest 10 min.
Scoop onto lined tray.
Bake 20–25 minutes.
Cool & serve.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
Stick with regular oats (not instant) for chewiness.
Let dough rest 10 minutes before baking.
Swap honey with maple syrup or banana if needed.
To make it gluten-free, use certified GF oats.
Add crunch with nuts or extra flavor with vanilla or zest.
Don’t overbake – cookies should be soft in the center.
Freeze dough for future use; bake directly from frozen.
